from the hard drive 1st. This is normally drive C 2. I forgot my local
user logon password. A. On a multi user
machine there is an easy remedy. Log on with another users account that has
administrators privileges and use the users applet in the control panel to
change password.* note some other pc remembered passwords will be lost.
On a single user pc try and logon using the administrators account the
password might be (blank) or ‘admin’. On a domain contact your

when trying to Access a file. A. The most common
reason for this is that it is someone else’s document. The easies
solution is asking the other user if they will make it a shared document,
this will resolve the issue in most cases. In a domain scenario ask the
administrator to do it. 4. I cannot get on the
internet. A. what a simple
question and so many possibilities. 1st check all leads and
double check to make sure the connector hasn’t just been pulled out of its
socket slightly. Then the most common thing to do is reset modem /
router (i.e. Unplug then turn on). There is a repair function in the
connections menu of internet connection in the control panel. After
that it gets a little more in depth.
